After a thorough examination, and review of MRI, Dr. Hosny told me I had a bulging disc. And I knew right away, he was exactly right. He created a treatment plan that I did not hesitate to go through. Within days, I felt better. After the treatment, the pain didn't bother me anymore. I felt great! The receptionist was with a client at the time, so I asked her should I wait. The receptionist said “yes! I have to schedule your appointment for this week coming.” After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, the receptionist asked me what time would I like to schedule my appointment for Tuesday. I said, “12noon.” She then responded and said, she didn’t have any available appointments at noon and would I like to come at 1:30pm instead. I replied, “1:30pm is fine.” She said the appointment was booked and what time would I like to come in on Thursday? I said, “12noon” and the receptionist said, “I have a 12/12:30 available on Thursday.” I said, “that’s fine. Is that it?” She said, “yes!” I drove an to the facility today in pain and there’s not one appointment listed under my name. I spoke to the receptionist that sits on the left and she was very nonchalant about my appointment schedule being blank. I ask, “if I’m suppose to see the therapist every week, don’t you think it’s strange for non of my appointments to be listed on chart?” She didn’t respond to the question, but instead ask if I would like to schedule an appointment for this coming Thursday. I asked to speak to the supervisor/ doctor who just walked past me. The receptionist walked to the back and spoke to the doctor for approximately 10 minutes and come back out and said, “the doctor can’t speak to you right now. You’ll have to wait 30min. if you want to speak with her.” I will never visit this facility again. Customer service is at the top of my list. If a facility can take a clients insurance money / money, they can **** sure give the client the common curiosity of having a conversation and sorting out the issue/ seeing where the discrepancy happened. I’m not sure if it has something to do with me being a young black woman, but it seems like that’s the case. The way I was treated today was unacceptable!!! I spoke to my attorney today and I will be going to where they value clients. I’m sure the facility has cameras. I watched him take envelopes from the day's mail and open to pull out checks--in the procedure room, with a team present. Even his co-workers said they had never seen anything like it. Worst thing is, I got no relief. I think he is an example of some of the worst in the "pain treatment" branch of medicine who count on the patient's intense pain to not be interactive and to make a lot of money. And the financial pressure certainly doesn't help assuage the pain. I went to another doctor and immediately got help from the injections, without that added financial pressure as well. It was so much more professional, and had no "facilities fee" that Dr. Hosny added to the bill, which seemed to me inordinately high in the first place. ...read less

Right now still having some back pain but nothing like it was when I first came. Also the numbness in my feet and toes are still here. I have not seen Dr. Hosny for check ups in a very longtime.
