The Fulton street office was very small and wasn't like your traditional doctors office (very small and cramped) Dr. Black was very professional and explained everything very clearly to me.

(Granted, I got the f...read moreeeling the receptionist was playing hooky). Once I was seen by Dr. Black, all went smoothly. Then a week later I returned, and couldn't even get into the office! No one responded to my buzz. I called the office line three times (no answer). Someone let me into the building entryway, but without being buzzed in, the elevator wouldn't allow me to select the floor. I ultimately left a voicemail for Dr. Black and emailed him, too, and haven't heard back.
