It is also hard to find his receptionists desk without having been there before- I was waiting for a half hour in the main waiting room while no one was at the front desks at that time in the morning, and then when someone did come to the front desk, I found that Dr. Gutpa's desk was down a hall and down another hall with no visual directions of any kind.
