Enter the negative experience..I went in fo...read morer a night splint and tried to wear it for a week, but found that it was too small. I called to try to get a larger one. I didn't see the doctor, instead I spoke with the MA; who basically heard what I said, went into the next room to tell the doctor all I said and continued this back and forth until I finally got a size up. My inserts!!! The order was placed back in December 19th and i was told that I should expect it in three weeks. There was ZERO communication from the office, I had to call twice before I finally got a call back. I was told they would call the company to see what the hold up was. Again, no call back. I called again! Got the doctor and he transferred me to someone else who also said she would check. No call back. Then I call and FINALLY found a helpful person. She proceeded to text me and give me updates. IT FINALLY ARRIVED ON 2/7....As I said before, good first visit but then it's downhill. ...read less

I'd ask have him come into the room, and he would, but if I didn't insist I probably wouldn't have seen him after the second visit. Him and his staff are very thorough and professional. He sat with me for 45 min in a room and explained every single detail and answered all of my questions.
